• Our kitchen team around our kitchen chefs Karol and Reni conjures up modern, Mediterranean dishes with Ladin influences using local, regional and seasonal products. We offer the highest quality and variety also in vegetarian, vegan, calorie-reduced and gluten-free dishes
• From 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.: varying themed breakfast buffets with everything you need for an active holiday - savoury, sweet, traditional & vital
• From 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.: light lunch with a starter, a main course, various salads, fruits, and desserts
• From 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.: hearty snacks, charcuterie, freshly baked cakes, fruit, tea bar, and various fruit juices
• From 7:15 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: 4-course gourmet menu of your choice, served at the table – also vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, low-calorie. Our kitchen team is happy to respond to special wishes and any allergy issues you may have. We reserve us the right to charge 15,00 € per menu for the additional work required
